Missouri Ozarks Mensa Scholarships Program
MOM Scholarship/Grant Program
At this time, Missouri Ozarks Mensa (MOM) does not have funds for Scholarships/Grants to be awarded locally. However, we're looking to start a fund for scholarships to a deserving student for the upcoming fall school year. We're looking for member feedback on this and donations for this purpose to be sent to the Treasurer, earmarked for the Scholarship fund.
MOM is interested in pursuing worthwhile opportunities to foster Mensa's purposes:
• Identify and foster human intelligence for the benefit of humanity
• Encourage research in the nature, characteristics and uses of intelligence
• Provide a stimulating intellectual and social environment for members
MOM Members are encouraged to submit ideas to the Steering Committee for our local chapter's Scholarships program.
